Approved December 17 meeting minutes

Work plan for 2025: 

• reviewed and updated draft spreadsheet 

• prioritized projects

• We will set a date for a walk through during March meeting

Thompson Road: 

• There is more FEMA $ available to continue mitigation and improvement. The committee would like to pursue this in the spring.

General trail updates: 

• Tree down on Sugar Woods trail

Plan for tabling at town meeting on March 4 - 

• Nancy and Patrick can table. Nancy will reach out to Jenny to see where the display is located. In addition print project list as well pictures of Thompson Rd improvements to include in display.

February meeting plan - bobolink discussion, and timing of haying:

invite bird experts and farmers. Nancy is going to reach out to VLT contact for recommendations of who to reach out to and invite to the Feb. or March meeting depending on availability.
