WHEN TIME PERMITS The Town Clerk’s Office may offer Notary Public services for simple documents to individuals personally known by us and/or with valid ID.

We do not notarize the following: Mortgages, Wills, Deeds Divorce and/or Custody documents Copies of Driver licenses, passports, diplomas, anything stating “of sound mind and body,” etc.

You must bring your own witnesses if your document requires them. There must be a clear space for the notary.
