Members of the public are invited to attend, but there are no applications being heard at this meeting.  

The Development Review Board will meet to review the process and criteria for Design Review Deferral.  This is when a property is subdivided, but the applicant asked to postpone consideration of certain criteria the DRB would normally review at the time a subdivision application is made.  These criteria are ones which would apply to future development (building, etc.) on the new lot(s).

The relevant parts of the regulations are 2070: Deferral of Design Review, and 4020 - 4031 which contain the considerations which were not reviewed in the original subdivision application.
