The DRB will hear the application of Robert Townsend of American Consulting Engineers & Surveyors, Inc. on behalf of Sheila and Timothy Booth to erect a new 16’ x 80’ single family dwelling on Parcel RT208B, between 489 and 867 US Route 2, Marshfield in the Agricultural/Rural Residential & Forestry/Conservation zoning districts. Assignment of a new e911 address/house number is pending.

When this lot was originally subdivided, design review was deferred and some criteria for future development (Sections 4021-4032)  were not considered at that time. Those will be reviewed at this hearing.
