• debrief May 3 walk-through to assess, do small hand fixes

• review and discuss draft proposal for mitigation work, to present to Selectboard, and then FEMA (pending Selectboard approval)

General trail and parking lot updates  (15 minutes)

Plans for brush-hogging in 2025;  (20 minutes)

• update from Mia

• review/discuss proposal received - decide whether to submit to Selectboard with recommendation

• confirm work day to cut down larger poplars in Thompson Road field, mark obstacles to brush-hogging if needed

Plan for invasives management work day - confirm date (Saturday, June 7?) Discuss projects, logistics, etc.  (10 minutes)

Upcoming event: May 29, 4-6 pm:  Walk with Allaire Diamond of VLT to discuss living with /managing beavers in the forest.  Meeting place is Hollister Hill parking lot.  Event posted to FPF, with public invited.
