The public meeting shall convene at 6:30 p.m. in the meeting room in the Old Schoolhouse Commons, 122 School Street, Marshfield, and via Zoom. See ZOOM meeting link at the end of this agenda.

 

Call to order by the Chair. Approve the Agenda.

 

1) Review DRB procedures

• Scheduling hearings/meetings—meeting schedule, notify DRB, notify Applicant/Appellant

• Warning hearings—zoom link, newspaper, municipal postings (put up/take dn), applicant poster and abutter materials, DRB calendar

• Agendas—prepare, post municipality (put up/take dn), post DRB calendar, print for meeting

• Conducting hearings—keys, meeting room, Zoom host/recording, audio/video equipment setup (hybrid), sign-in sheets

• Minutes—prepare, post draft (DRB webpage), distribute draft, review and approve, archive approved

• Decisions—prepare, review, approve, sign, print, distribute/mail (to Applicant/Appellant/ Interested Parties), record, archive DRB webpage
