Approve September 24 meeting minutes (5 minutes)

Thompson Road:  (35 minutes)

• updates on NFC grant, FEMA funding, contracts with town for repairs and improvements

• communications updates on repairs/improvements to Thompson Road, and trail closure during November

• fundraising required FEMA match

October 26 work day:   (30 minutes)

• primary focus: prepare for Thompson Road work, i.e.

• mow wide trail in field by Hollister Hill parking lot for truck access

• post signs about work and trail closure in November

• trim low-hanging brush along TR

• flag sensitive areas (historic areas, etc.)

• flag non-sensitive places for contractor to deposit organic debris

• other projects:

• install planks across wet area at north end of Ravine trail

• general trimming along other trails
