Approve July 29 meeting minutes (5 minutes)

• any updates on culvert/FEMA?

Trail signage - review information on costs and make decisions on new signs and timeframe.     (20 minutes)

Fall work day -   (20 minutes)

• finalize date (10/11 or 10/18), 

• finalize project list (boardwalks on Old Mill and Sugarhouse loop trails, possibly stone steps on Old Mill trail); 

• discuss budget for materials and make plan for acquiring; 

• plan for spreading the word and getting volunteers

• plan for informing Selectboard on expenditures (for work day project materials and signs) - and getting their approval

General trail and parking lot updates  (15 minutes)

• check-in on trail maintenance 

Town harvest festival - Sept. 29?  can anyone attend and staff a table with info about the Stranahan Forest?  (10 minutes)
