New Business

Old Schoolhouse Common – joint meeting with the OSC Building Committee

·         Meet with Andrew LaRosa to review samples and choose materials and designs for the gym

·         Discuss next steps for gym rehab

·         Review bids for the rotted siding repair, painting, gutters, and gazebo repair.

·         Choose contractor for siding, painting, and gutters

·         Review HVAC evaluation

·         Discuss Library HUD grant application

Permission for JP Sicard to open temporary road earlier than anticipated (decide whether to have the road crew plow it)

 

Updates to old business, if needed:

FEMA Updates (if necessary)

Discussion about the possible loss of FEMA funding for future emergencies

Correspondence, Payroll, and Bills
