The Development Review Board hearing scheduled for tonight, Thursday, January 25, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. in the meeting room at the Old Schoolhouse Common to review Henry Harris’ Request for Reconsideration of the DRB decision to conduct an Accessory On-Farm business at 1356 Ennis Hill Road has been cancelled. Notice will be posted and re-warned when the hearing is rescheduled.

MARSHFIELD DEVELOPMENT REVIEW BOARD

The Marshfield Development Review Board will convene a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, January 25, 2024 in the meeting room at the Old Schoolhouse Common, 122 School Street, Marshfield. Note: This meeting will be conducted in-person and via Zoom. See virtual connection details on the Town website calendar at https://marshfieldvt.gov. The Board will act on the following:

Henry Harris (owner/applicant)
Request to Reconsider the DRB decision approving conducting an Accessory On-Farm Business at 1356 Ennis Hill Road (ARR/FC zoning districts). Specifically, Applicant seeks to correct the findings regarding the subject property ownership, acreage, parcel #, and easements; and amend the wording in Condition #7 to reference an “applicable municipal review” being required for a future expansion or deviation of the events as described. After the Board grants hearing the request for reconsideration, it will proceed immediately to considering the merits of the request, which is limited to the items and edits specified above.
